Ginger National Anthem
_
If tomorrow all my friends are gone,
I've only had five in my life
And I had to start all over again,
with just my sunscreen and my cries
I’d thank those lucky clouds
That are hiding the sun from me
Cause these freckles stand for perseverance
and they can’t take that away, you see.
And I’m proud to be a Ginger,
where at least I know I’m me.
And I wont forget the times I've been told,
That I have a bad disease.
And I gladly stand up,
next to you and pay you to leave me be
‘Cause there ain’t no doubt I can't fight
God bless my soulless creed
From the shores of Ireland,
to the Chernobyl Ginger camps
Underneath the hills
In New Zealand where we like to live like hobbits
They can export us to Canada or Mexico
Or to the slums in Mumbai
But there's pride in every Ginger heart,
and its time we stand and cry
And I’m proud to be a Ginger,
where at least I know I’m me.
And I wont forget the times I've been told,
That I have a bad disease.
And I gladly stand up,
next to you and pay you to have sex with me
‘Cause there ain’t no doubt I can't score
God bless my soulless creed
And WE'RE proud to be Gingers,
And at least WE know WE'RE free.
And WE wont forget the times WE'VE been told,
That WE have a bad disease.
And I gladly stand up,
next to you and take over this world, you'll see
‘Cause there ain’t no doubt we were bred to fight
God bless OUR soulless creed
If tomorrow all my friends are gone,
I've only had five in my life
And I had to start all over again,
